Restaurant Vineyard

Against the backdrop of red columns, designer lamps and the boundless vineyard views of our restaurant, salon and terrace, we serve breakfast and multi-course dinners paired with excellent wines.  Here, our chefs work their magic and make you enjoy creative compositions.

An insider’s secret: Our salon can be separated from the restaurant to accommodate private parties of up to 75.

BREAKFAST

Begin your day with our rich breakfast buffet. Fresh pastries, fine cheese selections, regional cold cuts, seasonal fruit and specialties from the region provide an energizing start. Delicious fresh fruit juices and a glass of sparkling wine are also included.

In the evening, dining becomes an experience. Our kitchen interprets regional products in a modern and elegant way, paired with fine wines from the Kamptal. Dinner at LOISIUM is a harmony of taste, atmosphere and the passion of our winemakers.

Holl Bar

Named after our architect Steven Holl, the Holl Bar is a community place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Whether it is a cappuccino in the afternoon, a cocktail as a dinner aperitif, apricot brandy as an evening finale or whiskey sour as a party starter. Seemingly floating above the bar’s treasures, the Frog Lamp is a real eye-catcher.

GrüVe® Lounge

Nestled between the vines, GrüVe® Lounge in our Spa Club invites you with a bar and terrace for some snacks and drinks - come for lunch in your bathrobe. GrüVe® Lounge tempts you to take a detour and offers a colorful potpourri of small dishes and refreshing drinks in a special atmosphere.

It is also possible to book the lounge for your private event.
