WELLNESS RETREAT

in Südsteiermark

A three-day wellness retreat, Rebirth from Within, in the heart of the South Styrian vineyards.

Day 1: Arrival & Letting Go
The retreat begins with gentle arrival rituals, intention setting and guided breathwork to create inner space and calm. Meditation, creative reflection and a mindful wine experience invite guests to slow down and reconnect. The day concludes with a candlelight relaxation session to ground body and mind.

Day 2: Energy & Rebirth
Yoga, breathwork and energizing teas set the tone for renewal. Workshops on sleep, longevity and nervous system balance blend with nature experiences, vineyard mindfulness walks and restorative spa time. The evening combines journaling, wine tasting and a transformative sound bath.

Day 3: Integration & Inner Glow
Movement, breathwork and intuitive creative practices support clarity and integration. Art oracle sessions, facial yoga and a symbolic light and wine ceremony celebrate personal transformation and renewed vitality.

About the Facilitator: Bernadett Földi
Bernadett Földi is an advanced holistic nutritionist, certified health and wellbeing coach, biohacking coach, trained chef and art therapist. Her approach blends science-based wellbeing strategies with creativity, mindfulness and sensory experiences. She creates transformative yet grounded retreats that integrate nutrition, nervous system regulation, art therapy and emotional awareness.

We invite you to take a mindful break for body and soul. During our Pilates sessions, you’ll activate your muscles, strengthen your core, and bring movement and mindfulness into harmony – surrounded by the vineyards of South Styria.
Each session takes place from 5:00 to 6:00 PM with our instructor Mag. Simone Jagersbacher-Uhl.
