Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, feel free to leave your luggage at the reception and start exploring the region before your room is ready. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM.
If you wish to have a late check-out, the surcharge is EUR 50.00 per room until 3:00 PM and EUR 80.00 until 6:00 PM. In this case, you can use the Spa Club until your check-out. Alternatively, you can extend access to the spa without a late check-out for EUR 30.00 per person.
Yes, there are plenty of free parking spaces available for hotel guests.
We warmly welcome dogs! If you are bringing your four-legged companion, please let us know when making your reservation. The fee is EUR 30.00 per night and includes not only the stay but also a practical set-up in your room with a blanket, water bowl and treats.
At lunch and dinner, dogs are welcome in the restaurant, on the terrace and at the bar – on buffet evenings, we kindly ask you to use the salon, bar or outdoor area instead.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the spa area, but they are welcome in the outdoor spaces and on the lawn.
