On your saddle, get set, go!
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, feel free to leave your luggage at the reception and start exploring the region before your room is ready. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM.
If you wish to have a late check-out until 5:00 PM, the surcharge is EUR 50.00 per room. In this case, you can use the Spa Club until your check-out. Alternatively, you can extend access to the spa without a late check-out for EUR 15.00 per person.
Yes, there are car parks around the hotel and the WeinWelt. Our hotel guests can park free of charge in the parking bays. However, if you'd like to park closer, secured and under video surveillance, you can use our paid car park. Please note that the car park at the WeinWelt is reserved exclusively for day visitors to the WeinWelt.
Yes, we warmly welcome dogs! If you plan to bring your furry friend, please inform us at the time of booking. The fee for bringing a dog is EUR 30.00 per night, which includes not only the overnight stay but also a high-quality setup in the room with a blanket, water bowl, and treats. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but are welcome at the bar and on the terrace. Dogs are also not permitted in the spa area but are allowed in the outdoor areas and on the sunbathing lawn.
