Let us take you on a tour through our cel­lars — some of which are up to 900 years old — and learn all about the wine­mak­ers, their craft and the sto­ries behind them from past to present. The tour is acces­si­ble and avail­able for indi­vid­u­als and groups.

A fas­ci­nat­ing and enter­tain­ing jour­ney through time and the his­tory of wine that will lead you to inter­ac­tive sta­tions and offer you a glimpse into the cel­lars of the Steininger win­ery.

The intrigu­ing world of WeinWelt holds numer­ous high­lights — includ­ing 1.5km of bar­rel-lined sub­ter­ranean cor­ri­dors with 18 sta­tions and a vintner’s house from 1924 giv­ing you an idea of the life and wine­mak­ing of yore. To fin­ish off the tour, taste some of the fine wine at the vinotheque & shop. As the tem­per­a­ture in the cel­lars is at a con­stant 14°C, we rec­om­mend you dress accord­ingly.

Veltlina, the kind soul of wine, will tell you all about the cel­lar secrets and intro­duce you to Steven Holl’s con­cept and vision.
